If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for online orders.
 
If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check. Our mailing address is 8816 Manchester, #181 St. Louis, MO 63144.

Return Policy
If you are unhappy with any products you received from us, you may return them undamaged in the original packaging, in as-new condition, unused, with all components, resalable with the packing slip, within 15 days of the day we shipped them.  We will gladly refund you your purchase price.  Shipping is not refundable on returns. 

If your item(s) is/are damaged please notify us at Sales@LadybugsbytheLake.com within 10 days of receiving, so we can arrange to have the items replaced for you at no additional charge.

Please repack the products in the original package for the return trip, include your packaging slip and original payment method so we can insure you receive the correct refund.  All refunds will happen only after we have received the returned item(s).  Please allow 15 business days for returns to be processed.
