Ladybugs by the Lake started after a numerous state search for the perfect sailboat paper for a friend's baby shower invitations. As a busy business traveler I enjoyed scrapbooking in the evenings while alone in my hotel room.

One of the pleasures of my travels was the ability to visit scrapbook stores all over the country with different inventories. After searching unsuccessfully for the perfect paper I finally turned to the internet and contacted a manufacturer direct. The invites were finally done and mailed (you can view them on the invites tab).

A few days later when friends told me how adorable the cards were and I should market my services, the idea of Ladybugs by the Lake began. Realzing not everyone has the luxury of shopping different inventories in different states I am bringing a complete inventory to your home.

No time to shop or crop. Our designers can create scrapbook pages customized for your pictures. Many stores offer pre-made cookie cutter designs where you slap your pictures into a designated place. These pages are quick and easy but they won't feature your family.
